Kelly Michelle Stables was born in St. Louis Missouri where she was a performer in The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia conferred her with the Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Theater. After moving into Los Angeles, she became involved with theater arts and started acting as well as choreographing over 2 dozen plays and musicals including The Little Foxes Brady Bunch at Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera in addition to seven titles performances in the award-winning Storybook Theatre. Kelly was able to secure film and television roles while studying improvisations at The Groundlings. Her voice is distinctive, and her petite stature lets her perform a range of roles. She's best known as Naomi Watts's scheming Samara from The Ring 2, but her best-known character is as the cheerful receptionist in Two and a Half Men. Kelly was a series regular on TV Land's sitcom The Exes from the year 2011 until 2015. The show featured Kelly as a paralegal during the day and party hopper by late at night. In addition, she was Alyssa's sassy sexpert sibling on ABC's Romantically Challenged. On the CW's No Tomorrow she portrayed the stressed suburban mom. She sang in soprano for many cartoons, including Tom & Jerry, Sofia the First and Doc McStuffins. She was most recently seen in NBC's smash comedy Superstore as the dim however charming Cloud 9 worker. She's married to two kids, and lives in a tranquil home. She likes to write, sew and volunteer at school.
